After having struggled madly

to solve all problems, after having suffered on the heights of despair, in the supreme hour of revelation, you will find that the only answer, the only reality, is silence.

“Whoever wants music instead of noise, joy instead of pleasure, soul instead of gold, creative work instead of business, passion instead of foolery, finds no home in this trivial world of ours.”

“I have a sense that God is unfair

and preferentially punishes

his weak, his dumb, his fat, his lazy.

I believe he takes more pleasure in his perfect creatures, and cheers them on like a brainless dad as they run roughshod over the rest of us.

He gives us a need for love, and no way to get any.

He gives us a desire to be liked, and personal attributes that make us utterly unlikable.

Having placed his flawed and needy children in a world of exacting specifications, he deducts the difference between what we have and what we need from our hearts and our self-esteem and our mental health.”

"To hell, to hell with balance!

I break glasses;

I want to burn, even if I break myself.

I want to live only for ecstasy,

I'm neurotic, perverted, destructive, fiery, dangerous

 - lava, inflammable, unrestrained."

~Anais Nin.°

The creatures of need.

You crave
and you crave
and you crave,
and then... you die.

The only thing

more dangerous

than a person

that can't get what they want...

is a person that gets whatever they want.

Answer this,

what did it take for man to be free?

God had to die, of course.

Man wants to be free.

But first, the creator must die.

That's just... the natural order of things, you know?

Children outliving their parents.

“I felt myself being invaded

through and through,

I crumbled, disintegrated,

and only emptiness remained.”
